18th June 2013 Tumilson WOD

Today we did a hero WOD called the Tumilson. The RX is

8 rounds for time of:
Run 200 meters
11 Dumbbell burpee deadlifts, 60 pound dumbbells

But I scaled it with 25kg dumbells ~55lbs.
